Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church Crossroads Church.

Crossroads Church, located at 1731 Brice Road in Reynoldsburg (directions), is an outreach ministry of Reynoldsburg UMC. Church volunteers provide bible study programs, food and hospitality to The Shepherd’s Place members and other community residents. SHARE Saturday

Crossroads Church hosts SHARE Saturday on the third Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Generous servants spend this time showing Christ’s love to the community, connecting with our neighbors by demonstrating radical hospitality. Organizers are always looking for volunteers to help with set-up, hospitality, food distribution, prayer and clean-up.

Here are the upcoming SHARE Saturday dates:

Donations of groceries that are given to 100 families on SHARE Saturday are also needed. Items needed include:

  • Canned Veggies / Fruit
  • Canned meat (tuna, chicken)
  • Cereal (any kind)
  • Soups (any kind)
  • PB & Jelly
  • Side dishes
  • Rice
  • Potatoes
  • Spaghetti Sauce & Noodles
  • Tuna Helper
  • Pancake mix & Syrup
  • Macaroni & Cheese

Hospitality Saturday

Crossroads Church also hosts Hospitality Saturdays. This occurs on each Saturday there is not a SHARE Saturday event and The Shepherd’s Place is open from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. This event includes light breakfast and fellowship with the community. Volunteers are always needed to help with this event.

Donations needed include:

  • Fruit
  • Pastries, Donuts, Muffins
  • Boiled Eggs
  • Granola Bars
  • Egg Casseroles
  • Sausage & Gravy
  • Biscuits
  • Milk, Juice
  • Cereal
  • Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat
  • Pancakes & Bacon
  • Yogurt

Please check the expiration dates on all items being donated. Non-perishable food items can be placed in the SHARE Saturday bin located outside the worship center. Monetary donations and gift cards can be placed in the mailbox marked “Crossroads” in the Reynoldsburg UMC mailroom.

Crossroads Church also needs servants on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m. to serve dinner to people coming for Bible study.
